Senior Associate / Manager- Hiring and partnership

Key Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with companies to increase job postings on the GfG Job Portal.
• Drive placement opportunities for learners from GfG courses online, classroom, and institutional (B2B) formats.
• Design outreach strategies to onboard HRs and recruiters onto the platform.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and content teams to improve job discovery and matching.
• Own the operations, reporting, and performance of the job portal team.
• Identify gaps and implement scalable processes to enhance hiring outcomes.
• Represent GfG in recruitment events, college drives, and hiring initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, placement coordination, or recruitment ops.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive measurable results.
• Experience in scaling teams or processes is a plus.
• Passion for the education and hiring ecosystem is a strong advantage.
