Placement & Partnerships Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team as a Placement & Partnerships Manager -In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with companies, improving placement opportunities for our learners, and scaling the hiring operations of the GeeksforGeeks Job Portal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain partnerships with companies to increase job postings on the GeeksforGeeks Job Portal.
  
• Drive placement opportunities for learners from our online, classroom, and institutional (B2B) training programs.
  
• Design and execute outreach strategies to onboard HRs and recruiters onto the platform.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Content) to improve job discovery and application experience.
  
• Own the operations, reporting, and performance metrics of the job portal team.
  
• Identify gaps and implement scalable and efficient processes to improve hiring outcomes.
  
• Represent GeeksforGeeks at recruitment events, college placement drives, and hiring initiatives.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, placement coordination, or recruitment operations.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
  
• Experience in leading or scaling a team or hiring processes is a plus.
  
• Passionate about the education, skilling, and hiring ecosystem.
