Servicenow HRSD Developer

We are hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Developer responsible for building and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate should have strong development skills and hands-on experience in Service Portal, HR workflows, and UI customization.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and configure HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Center, and Enterprise Onboarding.
• Create custom widgets using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
• Work on the design and development of Service Portals.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external HR systems using SOAP/REST APIs.
• Document new processes and maintain existing technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HRSD solutions.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 8 -10+ years of IT experience, with 5 - 6 years of hands-on development in ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations via Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Familiarity with mobile development on ServiceNow platform.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience in cross-browser compatibility testing and support.

• Experience in Agile/SCRUM development environments
• Understanding of mobile and responsive UI/UX on ServiceNow
