Servicenow HRSD Architect

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The role demands in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, HR modules, and integration practices to support digital HR transformation initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD applications including:
  

1. HR Case Management
2. Employee Center
3. Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions
4. HR Integrations
5. HR Knowledge Management and Taxonomy
   

• Translate business requirements into scalable and performance-optimized technical solutions.
• Guide development and configuration teams through best practices for HRSD implementation.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
• Establish governance for HRSD modules and ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards.
• Maintain documentation of new designs, workflows, and process optimizations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8 -10+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in ServiceNow platform.
• Minimum 5 - 6 years of focused experience in ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Strong background in designing and deploying HRSD architecture.
• Experience in Web Service integrations (SOAP/REST).
• Sound understanding of ServiceNow data model, scoped applications, and performance tuning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist
• Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum
• Familiarity with ServiceNow mobile capabilities
