Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HRSD capabilities, integration with HR tools, and a strong background in client engagement, solution design, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and customization of ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Lifecycle Event Management, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Employee Document Management, and Employee Center Portal.
  
• Develop and manage integrations using Integration Hub spokes tailored for HRSD, such as Adobe Spoke for document management and SAP SuccessFactors Spoke.
  
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD solutions with external HR and recruitment systems like HCM and Workday.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain notifications, surveys, reports, and dashboards relevant to HR service delivery.
  
• Prepare architectural designs and solution frameworks; conduct solution reviews with product owners and develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate design approaches.
  
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best development practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
• Mentor and guide junior developers to build technical capabilities within the team.
  
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and provide consulting services, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client needs.
  
• Facilitate and lead client workshops involving HR business units to capture requirements and drive solution adoption.
  
• Create comprehensive HRSD workshop decks and workbooks to assist clients in documenting and refining requirements post-workshops.
  
• Demonstrate strong ability to listen, interpret, strategize, and consult on HR processes, effectively mapping these processes to HRSD functionalities and solutions.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD modules with hands-on knowledge of Case Management, Lifecycle Event Management, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, and Employee Document Management.
  
• Expertise in using Integration Hub spokes for HRSD, including Adobe Spoke and SAP SuccessFactors Spoke.
  
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with HR/recruitment platforms such as HCM and Workday.
  
• Skilled in creating notifications, surveys, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow.
  
• Strong design and architectural skills with experience preparing solution documentation and developing PoCs.
  
• Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and promote best practices.
  
• Demonstrated mentoring skills for junior developers.
  
• Excellent client communication, consulting, and requirement gathering capabilities.
  
• Experience conducting and leading workshops for clients HR business units.
