JOB PURPOSE

The role is an interface among SSC, Commercial Team and Business Finance for smooth functioning of various day to day activities and timely submission of various MIS reports to the management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Frequency / Volume Key Performance Indicators

Preparation and sharing of BG calculations with customers. Ensure obtaining / renewal of Bank Guarantees from customers on timely basis and encashment of BGs wherever required.

Daily basis Timely BGs renewals

Follow-up for recovery from customers (including Air India, Group Companies & Others)

Weekly / periodical basis Follow-up to recover the dues

Verification and timely submission of weekly reports - MC report and Note on receivables

Weekly Timely submission

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

1. CA/CMA/MBA
