Role & responsibilities
- Shift manpower count & area wise allocation
- Handling daily breakdowns in shift
- Co-ordinate with production departments
- Maintain equipments and Manage 6S
- Maintain & update Daily check sheet machines
- Ensure all functions as per EHS guidelines.
- Responsible for machines up time improvement
- Daily breakdown analysis & action plan
- Spares planning & procurement follow up
- PM plan & execution
- Maintain and control rejection due to machines
- Maintain Area and Manage 6S
- Interaction with vendors for spares localization.
- Ensure all functions as per EHS guidelines and provide Safety training to maintenance operators.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic Siemens & Mitsubishi PLC programming & troubleshooting, Basic Mechanical & hydraulic trouble shooting knowledge.
