• The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage the target audience, and drive business objectives
• They will manage social media accounts, create compelling content, monitor performance, and interact with followers to build strong online communities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create engaging and shareable content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience
• Plan and schedule social media posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and engage with followers to foster positive interactions and build strong relationships
• Conduct social listening and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement
• Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization to drive engagement, reach, and conversions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating new features and strategies into the social media plan
• Monitor and manage paid social media campaigns, including budget tracking, ad creation, targeting, and performance analysis
• Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, privacy guidelines, and best practices for social media content and engagement
