Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Growth Marketer to spearhead our lead generation and content marketing efforts. You'll be the bridge between our product and the market, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a multi-channel lead generation strategy focused on attracting high-quality leads.
- Identify, evaluate, and test new lead generation channels and tactics.
- Collaborate with sales and other marketing team members to optimize the lead nurturing process.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership:
- Create and implement a content marketing strategy that positions VCCEdge as a thought leader in the industry.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure it aligns with the overall brand messaging and voice.
- Build and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Track and analyze content performance to measure engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
Email & Marketing Automation:
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Develop segmented email lists based on customer personas and behavior.
- Craft compelling email content that drives open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline email workflows and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Product Launches & Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value proposition of VCCEdge.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including product presentations, battle cards, and training resources.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share insights with the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's + MBA degree in Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation and content marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate to lead projects to success
