We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager who possesses in-depth knowledge of branding strategies and expertise in Organic / Paid social media handling. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our brand strategy to effectively engage our target audience and drive business growth.

Role: Social Media Manager

Job Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience : 5 to 12 Years

Responsibilities:

• Ideate and implement social media strategies to grow brand visibility and engagement.
• Write compelling, creative, and relevant content for social media platforms including Instagram,
• Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and management) to gather content, plan
• campaigns, and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure all posts go live as per schedule.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
• Handle responses, comments, and messages professionally and promptly.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager with a focus on Organic / Paid social media.
• In-depth knowledge of branding strategies, market research, and consumer behavior.
• Strong understanding of Organic / Paid social media platforms and advertising tools.
• Proficient in data analysis and able to derive insights from campaign metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
