Duty and Responsibility of Field Sales Officer (MR):
1. You shall achieve budgeted sales target every month, value wise, territory wise and product packing wise in progressive way through promoting products.
2. You shall maintain the dynamic customer (doctors & Chemist) list.
3. You shall meet the entire listed customer (doctors & Chemist) in desired frequency for better prescription mileage.
4. You shall complete RCPA from concern chemist before meeting a doctor.
5. You shall ensure availability of products through personal order booking to cater Rx demands.
6. You shall maintain the call average of doctor (10 & more) and chemist (08 & more) per day.
7. You shall ensure 100% coverage of listed customer (Doctor & Chemist )
8. You shall implement & follow-up sales strategies planned by PMT to achieve 100% budgeted sales targets
9. You shall meet campaign doctor's minimum thrice in a month.
10. You shall ensure that stockiest of your covering area maintains adequate inventory of company's products.
11. You shall ensure to avoid expiry of products at stockiest level.
12. You shall ensure and realise the outstanding bills (if any) of your area in the interest of completion of sales.
13. You shall maintain your sales records.
14. You should have adequate product & medical knowledge.
15. You shall identify potential market and potential customers in various markets within your territory.
16. You shall ensure collection of correct and complete Stock & Sales Statement for the month, from stockiest of your covering area and submit through FFR (Field Force Reporting) latest by 10th of following month.
17. You shall submit Work Accomplishment Report (WAR) daily through internet or as specified.
18. You shall submit your monthly tour program between 20 to 25th of day of the month for approaching month and strictly adhere to approved Tour Program
19. You shall submit your monthly expense statement duly approved by reporting manager latest by 8th of the next month at Head Office Ahmedabad.
20. As per strategy you shall organize/participate in symposiums, seminars & doctor's group meetings etc. with prior permission of reporting manager.
21. You shall assist HO team for successful participation of company in seminars, conferences, annual meet of doctors etc.
22. You shall participate in all cycle briefing meets and other meetings called by the company.
23. You shall communicate/provide feedback on company's & competitor products to Product Management Team through proper hierarchy.
24. To strengthen the business you shall refrain from taking any leave during joint field working with managers.
25. You shall not avail any leave without prior written permission of reporting manager.
26. You shall not be collecting any cash or stocks either from dealer / stockiest.
27. You shall not enter in to services or be engaged in any other concern directly, indirectly or in advisory capacity or engage yourself in other professional, vocational or occupational activities.
28. You shall be responsible for the charge of and care of company's money, goods, stores and other property.
29. You will follow all lawful and legitimate instructions of your superior.
30. You shall strictly implement and adhere to company's policy and norms which are in force and issued time to time.
