Optical Engineer(Third Party)

1. Handle daily online technical service requests, close problems in an E2E manner, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
2. Routine maintenance plan execution, change operations, and network inspection 3. Perform proactive maintenance actions, update emergency plans, close network risks, and update licenses.
3. Have the technical capability of a single product; Be proficient in using IT tools and platforms.
4. Proficient in the knowledge of telecom network technologies and products; Be familiar with the compliance requirements of ITR and SD processes.
5. knowledge of transmission technologies e.g., MSTP, OTN, ASON, NGWDM, ROADM, MPLS ,TP etc. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OPTICAL Product Line Network (WDM, ASON, Packet, MW)

6.Exposure of system level troubleshooting on Big Optical Networks with multiple technologies running like L0ASON, L1 ASON, MPLS-TP, Microwave
