Job Description
- Effectively formulated and implemented accounting policies as per the various types of projects undertaken by the Company, i.e. Joint ventures, Development Management Arrangements & Projects.
- Must manage internal & external audit and effectively handle accounting compliances and proper adherence w.r.t corporate laws and regulations such as Companies Act, Taxation laws viz. Income Tax (Direct & Indirect), GST, Service Tax, Vat, etc.
- Supervising all activities of Accounts, financial and Tax planning & reporting of commercial activities.
- Executing the monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; providing monthly financial statements and administering the monthly closing process.
- Worki.ng on strategic planning & analysis, policy making, MIS, Financial Due Diligence, budgeting, and accounting
- Ensuring finalization of standalone consolidated financial and cash flow statements.
- Formulating annual and quarterly results & analysis to the board.
- Conduct strategic planning & analysis in all taxation & business acquisition matters.
- Working with business partners and formulating MIS of projects.
- Presenting business head and functional head information as & when required to enable prompt decision.
- Steering all audits & process management initiatives
- Performing statutory audit, internal audit, tax audits and process audits
- Assessing reporting, and recommending improvements on the adequacy and effectiveness of management's risk management processes
- Monitoring corporate tax liabilities (direct & indirect) as well as ensuring timely preparation, assessment and filing / refund reviews / implications / enquiries and assessments (Income Tax, GST, Sales Tax, Service Tax, VAT) in compliance with the statutory acts [Companies Act, Taxation laws such as Income Tax, GST.
