We are seeking a dynamic and energetic senior HR professional to lead the HR function for our MFI business segment. The DVP HR will be responsible for steering the regional HR teams through zonal heads and SPOCs, ensuring the effective delivery of all HR activities including workforce planning, employee engagement, and comprehensive lifecycle management. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving the people agenda forward.
Job Description
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the MFI business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior HR colleagues to formulate and execute the overarching people strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, providing insights and solutions.
Regional HR Management:
- Lead and manage the regional HR teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination through zonal heads and SPOCs.
- Oversee the execution of HR activities across regions, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, attrition and employee relations.
- Ensure consistency and process compliance in HR practices across all regions.
Workforce Planning and Talent Management:
- Drive manpower planning initiatives to meet the staffing needs of the MFI business.
- Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Facilitate career development and succession planning to build a robust talent pipeline.
Employee Engagement and Culture Building:
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
Policy Implementation and Compliance:
- Communicate and enforce HR policies and programs across the MFI business.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect best practices and organizational change
