1. Role Title: Team Member - HR Advisory
2. Level/Designation: Deputy Vice President
3. Reporting to: Vice President, HR Advisory
4. Team Structure: Individual Contributor (IC) Role
5. Core Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Board of Control (BOC) and senior management (including full-time directors and CXOs) to solve complex, high-impact HR challenges.
- Support strategic HR projects across employee relations, people integration, and HR professional services.
- Lead focus group discussions, forums, and business meets to collect insights and drive people-first agendas.
- Collaborate with business teams to develop and track productivity metrics, HR analytics, and workforce trends.
- Play a central role in shaping and executing the compensation strategy, budget optimization, and org-level HR planning.
- Work closely with the Strategic HR Business Partner team to drive execution of key initiatives on the ground.
- Partner with stakeholders to align HR and talent management strategy with business priorities, especially around succession planning, recruitment, and retention.
- Actively engage in manpower planning, forecasting, and budgeting in partnership with business heads.
- Collaborate on org design, structure alignment, and translation of business strategy into HR action.
- Design and execute initiatives based on employee engagement surveys and continuous listening mechanisms.
- Manage the performance management cycle, ensuring clear linkages with rewards, career growth, and appraisal frameworks.
- Drive employer branding, enhance new joiner experience, and champion best-in-class HR practices.
- Co-develop the talent acquisition strategy to maintain strong pipeline health and staffing sufficiency.
- Provide strategic support to HR team members and business on HR processes and transformations.
- Partner with L&D to design programs that support internal mobility, employee development, and leadership capability building.
- Collaborate on organizational development (OD) interventions, promoting employee well-being and a strong happiness quotient.
