WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an HR professional with expertise in Talent Acquisition & Development along with
a brief-passionate career footprint in business partnering and people management.
This person will centrally drive Jayanti Indias hiring needs from the HQ for majorly mid and senior
level mandates while building strategies in its regard for a seamless execution of the portfolio.
Furthermore, they will share their KRAs in driving end-to-end HR hygiene matters of the retail brand
team and any extended set of stakeholders as entrusted from time-to-time.

The position is based in Bengaluru, India.
Principal Responsibilities:
- To gauge the intricacies of the business and build strong understanding of the manpower requirements prevalent in such industry.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition for the groups Indian Operations: adept with mediums like professional staffing services, job portals and campus placements.
- Assume full accountability and foster targeted hiring approaches in line to the business values through in-house sourcing.
- Maintain a comprehensive central recruitment tracker and present weekly reports during
review meetings.
- Handle end-to-end HR Business Partnering for a dynamic sales team of the retail brand (On1y).
- Hold regular and structured conversations with employees, showcase motivation and foster a
sense of belonging through meaningful actions.
- Administer monthly pre-payroll, consultant fees and statutory payments falling within scope
of authority. Ensure zero penalty on statutory compliance matters.
- Employee Engagement: actively engaging the key talent groups through structured initiatives
and facilitate change-management projects.
- Engage in framing Policies, OD framework, Roles & responsibilities and KRAs-KPIs, cascading the organizations vision and mission to departmental goals.
- Sustain healthy collaboration with stakeholders, prioritize equity and inclusivity at all levels.
- Instrumental in process optimization and leveraging the HRMS to the best usage.
- Develop metrics for all tasks handled and flag deviations for implementing corrective actions.
- Represent the organization for its true beliefs and values in a dignified and professional demeanour when opportunities arise.
Career Progression Plan:
Grow to head the groups Indian HR function, eventually leading to become the CHRO.
PROFILE OF DESIRED CANDIDATE:
- Masters in HR & Business Management from a reputed institution.
- 3-8 years in HR operations, predominantly handling Corporate Talent Acquisition from an FMCG background.
- A go-getter coming from a fast-paced, ethically driven food manufacturing environment.
- Aptitude to effectively straddle their approaches between people-centric leadership and business profitability.
- Sharp intellect and good presentation skills combined with high levels of motivation
