Customer Relationship Manager- Australian Logistics& Shipping Services

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Provide operational support and guidance to franchisees.
• Collaborate with franchisees to develop business strategies and plans.
• Monitor franchise performance and implement action plans for improvement.
• Facilitate communication between franchisees and corporate team.
• Resolve conflicts and address concerns raised by franchisees.
• Support new franchise openings and training initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/ Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in franchise management or related role.
• Proven track record in relationship management and business development.
• Experience in handling International Clients (preferably Australia or UK)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.

• Work Timings Monday - Friday 3.30 am to 12.30 pm
