Job Description
- Study and understand the tender requirements and develop the most effective strategy to submit a bid
- Manage the documents, evaluate pricing, and prepare documentation for the tender in the GEM portal/Tender portals/ International tender is an added advantage ( Not mandatory)
- Uploading /submitting the documents in the online portals
- Coordinate With Internal and External Stakeholders required for bidding the tender
- Study and review proposals and assess cost efficiency
- Analyse bids and technical specifications of services
- Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses on bid
- Able to participate in the Prebid meeting and clarify the queries related to the tender
- Excellent writing skills, as well as good knowledge of grammar and punctuation.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, effectively coordinate tasks, and contribute to making difficult decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management, sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
