About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating strategic objectives into actionable technology and organizational change initiatives.
You will work in cross-functional teams, supporting product development, market research, and revenue growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, workflows, and organizational challenges to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics and market research to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Translate client strategic goals and business objectives into cohesive digital transformation, technology adoption, and change management strategies.
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Develop and maintain process models, use case diagrams, and business requirement documents to clearly communicate project scope and deliverables.
- Engage regularly with business stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to support product development lifecycle from concept through delivery.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities; prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings, solutions, and project progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of business analysis outputs.
- Support change management activities by assessing impact, preparing communication plans, and assisting with training.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors/master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within technology or consulting environments.
- Proven expertise in business analysis methodologies, including requirement gathering, process mapping, use case modeling, and gap analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to break down complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
