- We are looking for a proactive and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes using our products or services, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and goals to align solutions accordingly.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any risks or issues.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Drive customer adoption, usage, and engagement to maximize product value.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic advice to customers.
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to internal teams for continuous product/service improvement.
- Manage renewals and reduce churn by nurturing strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate value to customers.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Experience using CRM and Customer Success platforms (e. , Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot).
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
