Analyst - Social Media

Job Brief: Manage the onboarding of new retail media clients, delivering training, support, and developing onboarding materials.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and account management to gather client requirements and campaign objectives.
• Traffic and manage digital ad campaigns across retail media channels, utilizing ad serving and retail media platforms to implement, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and aligned with client KPIs.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail media clients, building strong relationships and fostering trust.
