Senior Officer - Finance & Accounts

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare payment requisitions, purchase/work orders, and invoices
  
• Process NEFT/RTGS payments and remittances; upload payments on CMS portal
  
• Make accounting entries in Tally/SAP
  
• Finalize accounts quarterly, half-yearly, and annually
  
• Maintain vendor reconciliations, MSME reconciliations, and bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
  
• Handle MIS reports: monthly fund flow, budget vs. actual, fixed asset register, stock register
  
• Ensure compliance with lender covenants
  
• Manage statutory payments: TDS, GST, PF, PT, etc.
  
• Handle direct tax matters: IT return filing, TDS returns, PF returns
  
• Handle indirect tax matters: GST return filing, GSTR 2B reconciliation
  
• Liaise with internal and statutory auditors for audit requirements
  
• Coordinate with banks and lenders for daily transactions

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
  
• 45 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting
  
• Proficient in SAP (FICO module) and Tally ERP
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience with compliance, taxation, and audit coordination
  
• Candidates from similar industries preferred
