Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining of All Stores ledger viz.tools, returnable material & raw material & hazardous materials etc.
• Physically verification of incoming and outgoing material from store viz.Measure, Weight, etc.
• Preparation of various Gate Passes viz.General returnable & rejected etc.
• Stores accounting, inventory control, stock taking, & overall supervision of Store Department.
• Maintaining various register related to store.
• Maintaining Batching Plant materials & Record.
• Checking materials received bills of suppliers.
• After placing Purchase order on suppliers, continuous follow up with vendor for timely delivery of material as per the quality and quantity until it reaches the site. Follow up with site people & Coordinate with them for status of ordered materials i.e. whether received as per terms of PO. After bills received, follow up with site people to get the original challans and GRN to support the invoices.
• Follow-up with supplier for Delivery / Rejection / Shortage.
• Preparation of all types of Purchase Order on ERP Programming System.
• Processing payments and invoices.
• All the purchase related work done on ERP & co-ordination with required departments for ERP work.

Preferred candidate profile

• Well conversant with MS Word, Excel, ERP, SAP
• Real estate background
• Graduate
