The incumbent will be responsible for
Profitable Sales with market share gain.
Achievement of sales (volume / value) as per budget.
Manage accounts receivables as per norms.
Minimise SMNM stocks.
Managing the business in his /her division through a team of 3 - 10 people.
Training an development of sales team and develop successors for self and ASM.
Monitor, evaluate provide feedback on performance of TSE/TSO/TSS.
Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measures and cost controls.
Channel management and expansion as per need of the business.
Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix distribution policies of the company in the division.
Gather information on competitors activities in the region and act upon it for KNPLs benefit.
Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.
Installation of CCD at majority of dealer counters and increase reach of CCD.
Review the team daily through CRM ensure C
Ideal candidate will have 3 - 6 Years of experience in Paints, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Lubricants Industry.
