Job Description:
The Marketing Professional will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive account growth and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement B2C marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and brand growth
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends
- Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for all campaigns Qualifications
- MBA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Only Full time will be considered)
- 8+ years of experience in B2C marketing or a similar role
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Creativity and strategic thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
