Job Description
Designation:Business Development Manager
Office Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad
Educational qualification - Bachelor's Degree
Required work experience - 12 to 15 years inLife Insurance
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To manage team of ABDMs, SMs and Sales Associates in the state
- To coach and mentor team in mobilizing life insurance business from the assigned locations/ districts.
- To achieve NOP and premium target of the unit by generating business through team of reportees
- Will also be instrumental in designing and executing schemes for the partner
- Will be responsible for driving Quality Parameters like ECS, low surrenders, low FLCs etc
- MIS management for the team and channel
- Daily / Monthly Activity Monitoring of team
- Candidate must work in open architecture
- Partner bank: Kotak Bank
Candidates from Banca channel will be preferred.
