Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented individuals for the FIG Sales Support team. The ideal candidate should have a technical background with strong communication and analytical skills. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Routine Operations Deliverables

Onboarding new policies on the client portal

Supporting implementation of new IT projects for the department

Onboarding and processing of rural policies

Tactical & Short-Term Tasks

Training on client portal and lead management systems

Handling queries and issues related to portals

Coordinating with departments such as:

Channel Support

Marketing

Compliance and Legal

Branch Operations

NB (New Business), U/W (Underwriting), and Claims

For both portals and rural policies

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one vernacular language

Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
