About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Delivery Coordinator to lead and manage the implementation of skill development programs across urban and rural areas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management or social sciences, with hands-on experience in the service sector and a passion for empowering communities through vocational training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of skill development training programs in both urban and rural settings
- Liaise with training partners, community stakeholders, and government bodies to ensure smooth execution of training modules
- Monitor training quality, trainer performance, and learner outcomes to ensure program effectiveness
- Support curriculum adaptation and contextualization for service sector-specific training
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for project tracking and evaluation
- Facilitate feedback mechanisms from trainees and trainers to continuously improve training delivery
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, timelines, and quality standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing skill development programs, with exposure to both urban and rural contexts
- At least one project experience specifically focused on skill development in the service sector (e.g., hospitality, retail, healthcare, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for training management and reporting
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with government or donor-funded skill development schemes
- Experience in working with marginalized or underserved communities
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
