About the Role:

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Software Engineer (.NET) to join our fast-paced and collaborative team in Noida. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that power workforce management for organizations around the world.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable and robust .NET applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, and UX to deliver end-to-end features

- Drive code quality through unit testing, automation, and code reviews

- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps

- Mentor and guide junior team members

- Continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve product performance and maintainability

Qualifications :

- 4- 8 years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET technologies

- Proven experience working in SaaS or product-based companies

- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
