This position is for IP Analyst in Global IP Analytics, under Corporate Global Legal, at Lear Corporation.

The Role:

In this role, IP Analyst is expected to:

- Demonstrate strong IQ, EQ, and capability to work as a team-player

- Demonstrate strong technical acumen and ability to understand & comprehend complex technical topics & engineering concepts

- Handle Patent prosecution and PTO communications, across different jurisdictions under supervision and training.

- Demonstrate strong technical skills and develop competency in differentiating invention amongst prior arts to draft convincing arguments/articulation of technical subject matter.

- Demonstrate capability to learn and develop strong understanding of Patent laws and Patent prosecution life cycle across multiple jurisdictions

- Demonstrate capability to develop inter-personal leadership skills and project execution skills.

- Demonstrate clarity of thought, effective project-execution skills, and ability to demonstrate results with conviction.

Qualifications:

- 1-4 yrs. of prior experience in IP industry.
