Job Title: HR Recruitment (Contractual)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an recruiter, you will get hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications based on job descriptions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Draft job descriptions and post openings on various platforms.
• Support in employer branding activities like campus drives, hiring campaigns, etc.
• Handle basic communication with candidates regarding interview logistics and feedback.
• Assist the recruitment team in daily operations and reporting tasks.

Who Can Apply:

• MBA degree in HR having 2-5 yrs experience
• Strong interest in making a career in HR, especially Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
