About the role:
As an Associate Director of Merchandising and CRM, you'll lead strategic initiatives to optimize customer engagement and drive revenue on the Licious App/site through data-driven Merchandising and CRM strategies, managing teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What makes the role meaty?
Merchandising Strategy:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product discovery, and promotions, ensuring conversion and achieving business goals
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in merchandising.
- Collaborate with product development teams to chart a product roadmap in line with business expectations
- Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure a cohesive and effective merchandising approach
CRM Strategy:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Leverage CRM systems and tools (need functional proficiency here), to execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific customer segments.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze merchandising and CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and present reports on merchandising and CRM performance to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in merchandising and CRM
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of merchandising and CRM professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and track performance against key metrics.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Category, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Communicate Merchandising and CRM strategies and results to leadership & key stakeholders.
We hope that you have..
- Proven experience (5+ years post MBA) across Merchandising & CRM
- Demonstrated proficiency in using app/web analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong functional expertise in CRM (Clevertap / Moengage) and demonstrated success in executing CRM strategies
