Role Objective:
- To lead and ensure the seamless implementation of visual merchandising design concepts across all retail stores, leveraging regional VM teams to drive brand expression, enhance customer experience, and boost in-store sales.
Reporting to: Chief Retail Officer
Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Key Responsibilities & KPIs:
- Ensure consistent and effective implementation of VM design concepts across stores through the regional VM team.
- Train and develop regional VMs to improve technical and role-based competencies.
- Collaborate with Training and Category Managers to periodically release updated VM guidelines aligned with sales and brand strategies.
- Manage external vendors for props, signage, and display materials, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with CRO/CMO on visual brand initiatives, in-store communication strategies, and product display improvements.
- Oversee ordering and pricing negotiations for VM materials and manage changeovers for new and existing stores.
- Develop video-based VM training content to streamline floor-level implementation.
- Monitor and review store-level visual executions through regular photo audits and feedback loops.
- Provide creative and technical feedback to RVMs to enhance output quality and support career development.
- Adapt VM strategies based on store-level salestrends while maintaining brand aesthetics.
- Ensure high standards of visual presentation for store openings, renovations, and key promotional events.

Required Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising
- Prior experience with luxury or bridge-to-luxury brands is a must
- Solid understanding of VM materials, dcor elements, and vendor ecosystems
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree in Fashion Communication, Design, or Visual Merchandising
- Preferably from institutions like NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent
