Machine Learning Engineer

As Lodha is envisioning to grow from 18,000 Cr to 50,000 Cr company by 2030, our ability to understand our customers, derive insights and deploy right technology tools becomes very critical, as that would enable an agile and nimble growth for the organization. While Lodha is Indias number 1 real estate developer, it is also a pioneer in Technology domain, with BelleVie ‘Premium Lifestyle home super App’ (Digirealty Technologies Private Limited) being its 100% owned subsidiary disrupting the market with a strong team (~40) of technology experts (incl. architects, front end, backend, designers, product managers, etc.) from top start-ups/ organizations.

In sync with our vision of 50,000 Cr by 2030, we are expanding our own in-house Data Sciences Center of Excellence (CoE) under Customer Intelligence and Data Office (CIDO), a unique 0 to 1 setup, which will look after the Analytics/ Data science related needs of Lodha Group with significant opportunities of collaborating with verticals and best in class BelleVie platform. The mandate of this team is to harmonize and analyze large amounts of raw information to provide actionable insights to business teams to help improve company topline/ bottom-line.

We are looking for a skilled data scientist / Machine Learning (ML) engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge ML solutions that drive business outcomes. This is a high-impact role requiring end-to-end expertise in model development, deployment, and lifecycle management in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Analytics Lead, Data Council, and IT teams to develop data-driven solutions
• Translate data into actionable insights, communicate them to business stakeholders in an easy language
• Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT pipelines for ingesting, transforming and processing data at scale
• Experiment with ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, LLMs etc) to solve business problems
• Transition ML models from prototypes to production, ensuring scalability, reliability and robustness
• Deploy and manage AI/ML models on cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure or Salesforce
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, model monitoring and retraining to maintain accuracy and performance
• Integrate ML outputs into platforms like Bellevie app, Salesforce Screens and reporting dashboards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning and production deployment of models
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (eg. Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost) along with strong SQL skills
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling techniques (supervised/unsupervised, clustering, NLP )
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Salesforce) with knowledge of MLOps practices like monitoring, version control and CI/CD
• Working knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for integrating ML insights into dashboards
