🔍 Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Project Sales Executive to expand the presence of Magicretes AAC Blocks in the Rohtak region. This role involves identifying upcoming construction projects, building strong relationships with builders and contractors, and converting leads into successful orders. It is best suited for candidates with hands-on field sales experience and a deep understanding of the local construction market.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit upcoming construction sites and generate project leads
  
• Establish strong relationships with builders, contractors, site engineers, and architects
  
• Promote AAC blocks by explaining product benefits and applications
  
• Conduct product demos and technical discussions on-site
  
• Coordinate internally for pricing, quotations, and timely dispatches
  
• Track leads from initiation to closure with consistent follow-ups
  
• Report competitor activities and market trends regularly
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
  
• Preferred: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and convincing ability
  
• Local market knowledge and contacts in the construction industry
  
• Self-driven with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
  
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills
  
• Fluency in the local language
