Job Title: Retail Sales Executive Construction Chemicals

Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and field-oriented Retail Sales Executive to promote and grow our construction chemical product range in the Ludhiana region. The role focuses on managing retail counters, building channel partnerships, and achieving sales targets through regular market activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with retailers and distributors
  
• Drive secondary sales through field visits and product promotions
  
• Provide product training and support to retailers
  
• Execute local marketing campaigns and schemes
  
• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends
  
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility across the market
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock, billing, and dispatch
  

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma (Civil/Technical background preferred)
  
• 1–4 years of experience in construction chemicals, paints, adhesives, or building materials
  
• Strong local market knowledge and retailer network
  
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
