Full Stack Developer - Java/Spring Boot (4-6 yrs)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies and will work closely with business analysts, designers, and other developers to build scalable and high-performing web applications.

This role requires a strong foundation in Java and Spring Boot, along with modern front-end technologies like ReactJS and Node.js. Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with CI/CD processes will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business analysts to estimate and design scalable, effective, and maintainable solutions based on business requirements.

- Develop and unit test software components that fulfill technical designs and business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during both pre-production and post-production phases.

- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by proposing innovative solutions and keeping up with emerging technology trends.

- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver features in iterative development cycles.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience as a full stack developer working on both frontend and backend systems.

- 3+ years of experience with front-end technologies

- 3+ years of experience in Java technologies

- Proficient in working with SQL (Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra).

- Experience with build and deployment tools such as Git, Bitbucket/Stash, and Jenkins.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the eCommerce or Retail domain is a plus.

- Exposure to cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.

- Understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards.
