About the Role:

We are hiring an AGM/DGM - Capital Markets for one of the top IPC firms in the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate capital markets with hands-on experience in fund raising, asset sales, and corporate financial structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead fund-raising initiatives through asset sales, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties

- Prepare and present investment proposals to institutional investors and financial institutions

- Structure and execute real estate transactions including corporate finance and construction finance deals

- Develop and maintain robust financial models for evaluating investment opportunities

- Liaise with stakeholders including developers, investors, and lenders to facilitate transactions

- Conduct market analysis and provide strategic insights to support capital market decisions

- Support in the restructuring of real estate portfolios and debt optimization strategies

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in capital markets or real estate finance

- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and financial instruments

- Proven track record in fundraising and large-scale asset transactions

- Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques

- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

- MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred
