Job Description
About the job
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js and other related technologies.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes into code that produces visual elements of the application.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs and other services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver efficient and reliable solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in React.js development.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in applications and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in writing technical documentation for new and existing features.
- Proven experience as a React.js Developer or Front-End Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, particularly in React.js and its ecosystem.
- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, and working knowledge of AJAX and JSON.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre-processors (SASS/LESS).
- Knowledge of responsive design techniques and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
