Responsible for all painting related works within the plant.

• Should maintain documentation as per ISO & API requirement
• Should prepare ITP for all projects as per tender specifications
• Responsible to qualify painters as per standard operating procedure
• Responsible to record atmospheric conditions, Performs visual checks after blasting and perform dust checks, blasting grade prior to starting of painting operations
• Has to record wet and dry film thickness checks and responsible to Monitor and observe correct colour coding cycles before painting.
• Has to perform visuals inspections, adhesion testing, and coating thickness.
• Responsible for Quality Control and issue non-conformances reports if any non-conformities arise
• Should well-versed with international standards like ISO 8501, ISO 8502, ISO 8503, ISO 8504, ISO 4624, and other relative standards
• Should liaison with customers for final clearances.
