Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies for pharma roles across departments (R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Production, Sales, etc.).
• Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), networking, employee referrals, campus drives, and other creative sourcing techniques.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process including screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, feedback coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions with high-quality hires and adherence to defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards on a regular basis.
• Build a strong employer brand through social media engagement, pharma job fairs, and campus outreach.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pharma domain hiring (Formulation, QA/QC, Regulatory, etc.)
  
• Excellent sourcing and screening techniques
  
• Familiarity with pharma-specific job boards and hiring platforms
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficient in ATS and MS Office tools
  
• Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
