Role & responsibilities

1. Packing the online stocks for the orders coming from Vitabiotics Website according to the Tax Invoice

2. Tax Invoices and shipping labels are placed according to the customer orders on parcels.

3. Coordinating with courier providers based on orders received.

4. Updating the invoice details in Sales registry report.

5. Billing the invoice details in ERP Software according the sales division wise

6. Segregating the physical stocks according to the purchase order received from various e-pharmacy companies.

7. Billing the division wise products into the ERP for the PO of e-pharmacy companies

8. Taking the appointment with client and booking the porter vehicle for the dispatches

9. Ensuring the shrink packing is done properly for the E-commerce

website

10. Maintaining the stocks required for online dispatches and taking inward appropriately on weekly basis

11. Updating the expiry stocks of C&F into ERP by considering the sales division

12. Preparation of e-invoices and e-way bills for all the online dispatches

13. In case of absence of Mr. Santosh packing material billing is done.

14. Sending the reports related on online sales on daily basis.

15. Addressing the urgent dispatches by the customer & maintaining the reports.

16. Any other jobs and responsibilities as & when entrusted by HOD
