What Will You Get to Do Here?
- Partner with Functional and Sub-Functional Leaders to drive business outcomes from an HR lens.
- Identify opportunities for HR interventions and collaborate with business leaders to align and execute them for measurable impact.
- Champion the 3Ps - Policy, Process, and Practices - ensuring they're efficient, business-aligned, and outcome-focused.
- Analyze attrition trends to build and implement retention strategies tailored for specific units, functions, and departments.
- Drive talent development by identifying high-potential employees, creating career growth plans, and aligning them with the right opportunities.
- Co-own the Performance Management agenda - from aligning individual goals to strategic priorities, to coaching managers on setting expectations, to ensuring timely and effective review cycles.
- Support hiring for cultural fit - by coaching interviewers, aligning stakeholders, and enabling thoughtful talent decisions.
What Are We Looking For?
- A smart, energetic problem-solver who can influence and align multiple stakeholders.
- Someone with a knack for navigating ambiguity, prioritizing impact, and executing with ownership.
- Preferred: MBA in HR
- Experience: 3-5 years as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility across levels.
