About the Role:
Key Responsibilities: People Strategy & Culture
- Foster a culture of trust, ownership, and innovation.
- Champion DEI initiatives and culture-building programs.
Talent Acquisition
- Build a strong employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
- Set up scalable hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Performance & Development
- Drive learning & development initiatives and career pathways.
- Coach managers and team leads on feedback, performance conversations, and team dynamics.
People Ops & Compliance
- Define and roll out policies on leave, remote work, reimbursements, etc.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong exposure to both strategic HR and hands-on people operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Deep empathy, a high EQ, and a genuine passion for building a strong people-first culture.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with modern HR tools (e.g., Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, or others).
- Previous experience hiring across tech and non-tech roles.
