Dr. Morepen is seeking a proactive and experienced Storefront Shopify Developer to lead the

day-to-day operations, optimization, and performance of our D2C storefronts. The ideal

candidate will be data-driven, eCommerce-savvy, and passionate about delivering best-in-

class shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end management of Dr. Morepen's Shopify storefronts, including

product listings, content, UX/UI, and onsite merchandising.

• Implement site enhancements, CRO strategies, and performance optimizations to

maximize sales and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with design, tech, and marketing teams to execute product drops,

promotions, and new feature rollouts.

• Ensure seamless third-party app integrations and troubleshoot storefront issues in real

time.

• Monitor store analytics, customer journeys, and user behavior to inform data-backed

improvements.

• Maintain SEO best practices and content hygiene across all pages.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience managing D2C eCommerce stores, preferably on Shopify.

• Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin, theme editing, apps, and performance

tracking tools.

• Strong understanding of merchandising, UX/UI, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

• Familiarity with Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and heatmapping tools (e.g., Hotjar,

Clarity).

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

• Excellent communication, execution, and project management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
