Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically fluent Technical Recruiter to support hiring across cutting-edge domains including AI/ML, Robotics, IoT, Cloud, and Engineering Services. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing top-tier engineering talent and a strong understanding of technical concepts to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements.
• Source and screen candidates across platforms like Dice, Monster , LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Evaluate resumes and portfolios for relevance in domains such as ML, Cloud, and Embedded Systems.
• Conduct technical pre-screens and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and track pipeline progress using ATS and CRM tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends (e.g., Generative AI, Digital Twins, Industry 4.0).

Qualifications:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in technical recruiting or technical sourcing.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, ROS, AWS/Azure/GCP, .NET. (High level knowledge)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Boolean search, sourcing tools , passive sourcing tools.
