Event Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee booth setup, ensuring all materials, equipment, and branding elements are in place.
• Manage booth operations during the event, including scheduling and overseeing booth staff.
• Engage with visitors to generate leads, provide product information, and answer inquiries.
• Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and ensure proper documentation.
• Hand over qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
• Maintain a database of leads and provide post-event reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance event strategies and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand consistency and professionalism in all event-related activities.
• Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site troubleshooting during events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, trade shows, or marketing roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently for exhibitions and trade shows
