Project Manager - Tech

- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint, release planning, demos, and other project-related meetings.

- Ability to zoom in and out of the projects and maintain key metrics of team/project performance indicators. Remove team impediments on a daily basis to allow the team to deliver the sprint goals and deliverables and always be aware of the key metrics of the ongoing projects at the fingertips.

- Having strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand the team's strengths and weaknesses and work with them to deliver results on time and in budget. Allow people to do mistakes and learn from them, leading the team with the right combination of empathy and perseverance.

- Strong in-depth understanding of web/mobile app development and backend systems. Doesn't shy away to ask for details of the task or issue involved, have a detailed understanding of the ongoing projects, technology and platforms involved and a go-to person for any amount of details of the project.

- A professional with a deep understanding of agile best practices, user stories, and task breakdown. Assist with resource forecasting, delivery, and change management of projects

- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components. Maintain reports to monitor sprint planning and execution, prepare project delivery execution progress reports for stakeholders.

- Ensure conformance to quality processes to help the project in meeting quality goals.

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at various levels - intra-team, inter-group, spoken skills, and written skills - including email, presentation and articulation skills

- 3+ years of professional experience in Project Management

- Great communication skills: Good understanding of self and motivations of audience in order to communicate effectively with different stakeholders - engineering, design, executive team, students and teachers

- Follow through on commitments: Lives up to verbal and written agreements, regardless of personal cost.

- Enthusiasm: Exhibit passion, excitement and positive energy over work.

- Teamwork: Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.

- Strategic thinker and comfortable with data
