Job Description
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various internal systems and external sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover business insights and support strategic planning.
- Use statistical techniques to develop predictive models or support A/B testing.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by validating datasets and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Document data processes and maintain version control for reports and code.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (eg, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with data analysis tools/languages such as Python, R, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Experience in e-commerce industry
- Understanding of basic statistical methods and predictive analytics.
- Should have minimum 6 months career gap at present.
