NetAnalytiks - Python Programmer/Architect - Flask/Django (5-8 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Python Programmer and Architect to design, develop, and oversee robust, scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python programming, system design, and hands-on experience in leading architectural decisions in complex systems.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both coding and defining technical direction across teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Python applications.

- Write clean, modular, and efficient code using Python and relevant libraries/frameworks.

- Define and document software architecture, technical standards, and best practices.

- Guide development teams through the entire SDLC including requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams for CI/CD, containerization, and deployment automation.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce quality standards.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and scalability challenges.

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies in the Python ecosystem.

Technical Skills & Tools :

Core Programming & Frameworks :

- Strong proficiency in Python 3.x

- Experience with Flask, Django, or FastAPI

- Familiarity with asynchronous programming (e., asyncio, aiohttp)

- Knowledge of scripting, automation, and task schedulers (e., Celery)

Architecture & Design :

- Experience with microservices, RESTful API design, and event-driven architectures

- Expertise in software design patterns, domain-driven design (DDD), and clean architecture

- Hands-on experience in creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams (e., UML), and interface specs

Database & Storage :

- Proficient with SQL databases (e., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

- Experience with NoSQL solutions (e., MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra)

- Knowledge of ORMs (e., SQLAlchemy, Django ORM)

DevOps & Cloud :

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

- Deployment experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Use of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform is a plus

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences

- Ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product development environment

- Certifications in Python, Cloud (AWS/GCP), or Architecture (TOGAF, etc.) are a plus
